Während die Gefahren der Erderwärmung immer mehr ins öffentliche Bewusstsein dringen, preisen Industrielle und Politiker die Atomkraft als die geeignetste Energiequelle der Zukunft an: sauber, kontrollierbar und gefahrlos für Umwelt und Gesundheit. Für den Verbraucher ist es schwer, den Wahrheitsgehalt dieser Aussagen zu beurteilen. Der Dokumentarfilm “Albtraum Atommüll” versucht, Licht ins Dunkel zu bringen.

Dieser Dokumentationsfilm kann man auf arte +7 sieben Tage nach seiner Ausstrahlung per stream anschauen – also noch bis Dienstag 20. Oktober.

Ich kann diesen Film nur weiterempfehlen, da er sehr gut die (aktuellen) Probleme und Risiken der Atomenergie-Nutzung aufzeigt. Darüber hinaus muss ich zugeben, dass mich der Film auch sehr schockiert hat.

Atommüll muss 200.000 Jahre sicher gelagert werden, bevor er für die Umwelt unschädlich ist; das sind 6000 Generationen.Das ägytpsche Reich begann um 3000 v. Chr.. Das bedeutet, dass wir nicht einmal genau wissen, was vor 5000 Jahren passiert ist. Wie sollen wir also für 200.000 Jahre in die Zukunft denken können…

Es ist doch eigentlich Wahnsinn eine solche Technologie zu verwenden.

Sieben Schritte um Bilder mittels Photoshop besser aussehen zu lassen: Scott Kelbys – Glorreiche Sieben

1. Adobe Camera Raw – zu Beginn das Bestmögliche aus der Raw-Datei holen
2. Gradationskurven – den Kontrast anpassen
3. Tiefen/Lichter – dunkle und helle Bereiche im Foto anpassen
4. mit Licht malen – mittels verschiedener Techniken lokale Anpassungen durchführen
5. Kanäle anpassen – aus den Kanälen (meist in LAB) Information holen
6. Füllmethoden und Ebenenmasken – lokale Anpassungen und Effekte
7. Scharfzeichnungstechniken – am Schluss mittels Filter scharfzeichnen

Mit diesen sieben Schritten kann man viel aus seinen Bildern heraus holen. Sie bieten einen guten Rahmen um Bearbeitungen durchzuführen.

#1: Wanna copy a layer? I say jump it: Ctrl+J.
You a Mac user? Awesome.
#2: When I say Ctrl, press Cmd, the one with an apple on it.
#3: For a new layer, press Ctrl+Shift+N (Cmd-Shift-N on the Mac).
#4: To delete a layer, get the move tool and press Delete (or Control-Delete).
#5: Every letter selects a tool.
#6: Except F for full-screen,
#7: Q for quick mask,
#8: and D
#9: and X for default and switch colors.
Who knew X stood for “switch”?
#10: Press a number to change the opacity.
#11: Or two numbers for better control.
#12: Press Shift+plus to advance a blend mode;
#13: Shift+minus to back up.
#14: Press Shift and Alt with a letter for a specific mode.
#15: Mac folks, Alt means Option.
#16: Ctrl+plus zooms in.
#17: Ctrl+minus zooms out. 
#18: Spacebar gets the hand so you can drag the image around.

Dan Gookin of DOS For Dummies fame joked that V stood for “vomit,” as in vomiting up the Clipboard. His publisher refused to print that. They actually refused to print that!

#32: It’s partner, Canvas Size, Ctrl+Alt+C.
#33: Ctrl+F repeats the last filter.

#36: Or move a selection outline.
#37: Shift adds to the selection.
