RAW Camera Calibration – ColorChecker

Lightroom <-> Bridge Workflow

In this episode, Julieanne Kost will explain how changes made to photographs are saved automatically to the Lightroom Catalog. Then Julieanne will demonstrate how to use both the “Save Metadata to Files” command as well as the “Automatically write changes to XMP” Catalog Setting to push changes made to photographs from the catalog into individual files (or sidecar files) so that they can be read and utilized within additional applications such as Adobe Bridge.
Ich persönlich arbeite lieber mit Bridge und dem ACR-Dialog direkt von Bridge aus (so bleibt Photoshop frei). Auch deswegen, da ich mit sehr vielen unterschiedlichen Datenformaten arbeite; von Bildformaten (jpg, tiff, psd, dng) über Vektorformaten (ai, pdf) und allen sonstigen relevanten Formaten.
Für (reine) Fotografen würde ich aber definitiv Lightroom empfehlen. Lightroom ist einfach für den Workflow mit extrem vielen Bildern ausgerichtet und logisch aufgebaut.
Info: Unter der Haube verwendet Lightroom und Bridge exakt die gleiche Engine!
